Same Day Delivery
Delivering Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time however please specify request in the special notes when ordering. We offer same day delivery if orders are placed before 10am. If orders are placed after this time, we cannot guarantee but will try to honour your selected delivery date / time otherwise delivery will be moved to the following day.
Next Day Delivery
We offer next day delivery if orders are placed before 12pm.
Fees and Charges
The delivery fee will be added to your cart once the suburb has been entered. The delivery fee is $10 to the Copper Coast and surrounding areas. If your suburb is not listed, please get in touch with us and we will advise if we are able to deliver / the delivery fee.
Recipient “Not at Home”
If the recipient is not at home to receive the delivery, we will leave the order is a safe space and will not be held liable of what happens after delivery.
Extreme Weather
On days with extreme heat, wind or rain and no one is home to receive the order, we will leave it in a place out of the weather. If this is not possible, we will have to take the order back to the studio and we will contact you to reorganise another option. On days where there is extreme weather predicted, we recommend sending to the recipient at their workplace instead.
Substitution Policy
Images found on this site are guides only and may not be exactly the same as the final product. In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
Customer Satisfaction
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their orders and go to great lengths to ensure quality and value for money. If you're not completely satisfied, please don’t hesitate to reach out via phone or email and if it is any fault of ours, we'll offer to put things right with a full refund or a replacement.
Dog Safety Policy
We love all dogs, big and small. However, even the cutest most mild mannered dog can feel strong protective instincts towards their territory and loved ones.
For this reason, although we are fully committed to ensuring your delivery is completed, if we feel unsafe attempting to deliver to a location with a dog that is unsecured, we may not be able to complete your delivery as scheduled.
In the event that this occurs, we will get in touch with you to organize a new delivery time or location.
Refunds
We want you to be happy and satisfied with our service. If you feel we did not deliver what you expected, we are happy to discuss refunds. Please contact us via email hello@amaraflowerstudio.com.au or by phone 0476 481 727 so we can determine the best solution to the problem. We may also provide other solutions, such as resending the flowers.
Tahara Collective Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us at tahara.collective@outlook.com and we will endeavour to find a solution.
Used candles cannot be returned however if a candle is faulty please send images to tahara.collective@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery and a replacement will be arranged.
